One-on-One Guidance, Not a Generic Program

This isn't a course you sit through. Coach Docter works directly with coaches, one at a time, on the specific things holding them back, whether that's finding their voice with players, handling difficult conversations with parents, or figuring out what kind of leader they actually want to be. Sessions are built around your real situation, not a fixed curriculum.
